That’s the way submo works: Stretching the legs and breathing out
Breathing
out when stretching the legs; the pump is pulled out of the tank
where hypotension
emerges. It brings in air
from the surface through
the snorkel. The used air is breathed out
into the water at the
same
time. That’s why the submo is more of a breathing equipment than a circulatory one.
Pulling the legs and breathing in
Breathing
in when pulling the legs; the pump belt is relieved and the water
pressure
presses the pump into the tank again.
Compressed air emerges
and gets into the mouth.
Having
time during the break …
Pause;
It’s the time until the breathing reflex begins. Then the breathing and
leg work starts again. The volume of the tank is sufficient for one breath. |
